Who we are

I'm Irakoze Hornet, a creator, visual storyteller, and founder behind this portfolio/shop. This site is my personal space to share work, projects, and resources with you. All purchases and interactions here are powered by me—no big faceless company, just someone who cares about quality, creativity, and your trust. We collect only what's needed to operate, fulfill orders, keep the platform secure, and - if you opt in - send marketing you actually want.

What we collect

Minimum data to run a digital-goods store (no shipping addresses for digital items).

• Account & identity: name, email, hashed password, optional profile.
• Orders & billing: products purchased, price/currency, billing details for tax/compliance, license/download entitlements.
• Payments: handled by processors (Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full card details.
• Technical: IP, device/browser info, pages viewed, cookies, error logs.
• Support & comms: messages you send, marketing preferences.
• User content (if uploaded): e.g., avatars or reviews.

How we use information

• Provide the service: manage accounts, process orders, deliver downloads/licenses.
• Improve & secure: debugging, analytics, fraud/abuse prevention.
• Communicate: receipts, download links, product updates; marketing only if you opt in.
• Comply with law: tax, accounting, legal obligations.

• Contract: fulfill orders and provide your account.

• Accounts: while active; deleted/anonymized on request unless legally required otherwise.
• Support: as long as needed to assist you.
• Analytics: kept only as necessary for stated purposes.

Your rights

California (CCPA/CPRA)

You may request access/deletion and opt-out of "sale/share." We don't sell personal information; we only share with processors for business purposes.

Children

Not intended for children under 13 (or local age). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

TLS in transit, limited access, and platform security best practices. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

International transfers

Data may be processed/stored in the United States and elsewhere. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
