Using this site or downloading anything here means you agree to these terms. We keep it clear, fair, and fast.
This site and shop are run by me, Irakoze Hornet—a creator, visual storyteller, and builder. When you use this portfolio or download anything here, you’re working directly with me, not a faceless company. These terms are here to keep things fair, honest, and creative for both of us. Thanks for supporting independent creators!
Plain language: these rules keep things fair for you and for us.
Digital creative assets (e.g., LUTs, presets, SFX, caption templates, PowerGrades) and site content.
You're responsible for your credentials and all activity. Don't share logins or raw files publicly.
Prices may change. Taxes/VAT may apply based on your billing location. Products/features may update without notice.
Digital items are delivered via on-screen link and/or email. If you can't access downloads, email support@irakozehornet.com.
Unless a product page says otherwise, you get a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
Compatible apps/versions are listed on product pages. Software changes often; compatibility isn't guaranteed forever. Updates are at our discretion.
No law violations; IP infringement; license circumvention; sharing private links; scraping/reverse engineering; security interference; using products to train/seed competing preset/LUT/SFX datasets without permission.
Site content is owned by New Edition LLC or licensors. You receive use rights, not ownership.
If you post reviews/comments, you grant us a license to display/share them for the Site and marketing. Keep it lawful and respectful.
Checkout, hosting, analytics, email, and embeds may be provided by third parties under their own terms/privacy. We're not responsible for third-party sites/services.
Provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent allowed. Results vary by footage/workflow/software.
To the fullest extent permitted, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenue/data. Total liability is limited to what you paid for the product at issue.
You'll indemnify New Edition LLC against claims arising from misuse of the Site/products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Email legal@irakozehornet.com with your contact, description of the work, URLs, good-faith statement, and signature (digital is fine). We may remove content while evaluating.
We may suspend/terminate access (including licenses/downloads) if we reasonably believe you violated Terms, engaged in fraud/chargebacks, or pose security risks. You can stop using the Site any time.
Governed by Rhode Island law. Courts in Providence County have exclusive jurisdiction (injunctive relief can be sought elsewhere). Mandatory consumer rights in your locale still apply where required.
We may update Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Significant changes will include notice.
